Víctor co-founds and serves as President of REGENBE (Regenerative Built Environment Institute). Since 2019, he is leading the Quantum Leap 2030 campaign, bringing and expanding the regenerative design and development approach to Latin America and the Caribbean. Ambassador Living Future and Facilitator for Costa Rica since 2012 was awarded as Living Future Hero in 2019. His firm Montero-Dien is the first in Latin America to join and sign in April 2019 the Materials Pledge. Founding member and Chairman of the CTBUH Costa Rica Chapter since 2015. He is LEED GA, EDGE Expert Auditor, LFA, Regenerative Practitioner and trained in Biomimicry.

One of the greatest attributes that people and organisations share within the global mass timber construction sector is unity. Unity is what binds us, helps us to be better, to achieve more together and drive a different future.

Above all else, the mass timber construction sector is special and unique for its diversification for technology, process and methods of working.
